- Any adult who is thinking about returning to education or training
- Any adult currently participating in:
   Literacy Programmes
   Back to Education Initiative (BTEI)
   Vocational Training Opportunities Scheme (VTOS)
   Community Education Programmes
- Any adult (and their adult children) in receipt of funding from the Education
   Finance Board

What does the Service offer?

Information,
   -      A drop-in query facility for adults
   -      Information talks for groups
   -      Access to a Careers and Course Information Library
   -     Internet Access
   -     Reading Area

Advice and guidance
   -     1-to-1 meetings
   -      Group meetings
   -      Computer-Assisted Guidance
   -      Support and Advice on:
          Education and Training Options, Career Options, Personal Development,
          C.V. and Interview Preparation

Where is the Service?

The service is based in Newcastle West at the end of Lower Maiden onto Sheehan’s Road. The service is also available countywide to groups and individuals on an outreach basis.
