 "To create an educational programme which encourages and develops the students in a supportive enviornment".

Introduction

The centre caters for girls and women from 15 years up to any age. Our Aims are to respond to the educational and developmental needs of all students from the
travelling and settled community. To facilitate the provision of FETAC Certificate / Record of Achievement. To equip students with life related & employment skills.
The programme is a 2 year programme.
 
Riverside S.T.T.C. was first established in 1977 at Newcastlewest and was relocated to Rathkeale in September of 1995. The centre is located in the Industrial Estate in Rathkeale. The centre's Director is Assumpta O'Connell, who is assisted by 5 Teachers and a Part-time Secretary.
